The Mangrove

man·grove (mān'grōv', māng'-) 
n. 
Any of several tropical evergreen trees or shrubs of the genus Rhizophora, having stiltlike roots and stems and forming dense thickets along tidal shores.
Any of various similar shrubs or trees, especially of the genus Avicennia.

Tiger Prawns and White-leg Shrimps (both Prawns) mature and breed only in a marine habitat. In the wild, the developing young migrate into large areas of THE MANGROVE swamps in estuaries where they feed in the nutrient-rich water. As they approach adulthood they migrate back into the sea to complete the cycle. 

The Mangrove is the HOME for Prawns...
